when you join the company as a trainee you will not get paid anything during the training period for the next 8 or 10 months, the wait is hectic. Then you have to qualify for 5-6 exams to get the joining which is again hectic because you got selected as a trainee via 6 rounds of interview. And if you want to get paid you have to sign a bond for the next 2 years (which starts after the training period) in which you will be getting 1/3 of your original salary in a city like Kolkata and the bond's value is more than the net amount they will pay you during your training period....Read More

Work policy: whenever you want to come to office you can come and whenever you want to stay at home you can stay , but sometimes you have to stay in office for some months then you can take permanent WFH
