Only the salary delay but I can manage my salary as per the timelines being credited to the account so it is not hampering my life that much as others have stated. One should know you only grow if the company grows. If you want a 40% hike in appraisal you will have to give 200% worth to the company.

Worst company to join. this is not an IT company this is a Jail. Work timings is 9 hour fix with no flexibility, even leaving before a single second counted as half day, micro- management is next level you can’t even think of. HR manipulate policies as per their wish, they make policies to harass employee. Also If you wish to leavethis organisation they will ask you to work for 3 months and then will not give FNF and if you leave before that they will send unnecessary emails and notices to destroy your mental health....Read More
