My managers were good but that defines the person and not the company. Nothing much good to say about the company

The HR operations here is worst I have ever seen in my 14 years career through different companies. The HR here delays almost all the HR related work specially payment related work. Whether it may be Appraisals, Full and final settlement, compensation to employees who have been laid off due to process closure or reduction in business. I have received my full and final settlement (which did not include my compensation amount as I was laid off due to process ramp down) after almost 5 month with repeated follow ups which was supposed to be recived within 45 days from LWD. It is 7 months now I am still waiting for my compensation amount to be received and still following up with the HR team...Read More
