I had resigned due to personal reasons, Though it's running by a society..my chair persons were extremely caring and good.. but didn't want to continue with New management. So resigned willingly.

Dislikes

I don't carry and spread negativity about any thing.. it's good.. wish KPS UDAAN SCHOOL groom well in future.

Work Details

No comments. I put my hard work and my chairman valued it during my tenure. I am thankful to them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
