They have set good values and principles

Dislikes

The values and policies which was fixed by firm were not followed only showing and promoting it for showcase. Management is worst due to more toxic environment. Job security is not their when seniors and managers manipulate if anyone raised this concerns with HR. HR will also support to seniors and they tell sorry we can't help eventhough you have all the evidence to prove the case and even though you were high performance. They fire or blackmail to resign the job....Read More

Hello All, I want to mention some points which related to working in KPMG 1. Good and frequent supervision by Manager/ Director on work 2. If you perform good and well then your salary hikes is excellent other wise if you not perform well then job risk is there. 3. Excellent work culture 4. Nice Polices except policy on use of personal mail in laptop or whats app access is restricted.
