They pay well and there is some brand value attached with the Company because of the foreign roots. Good cafeteria and decent team outings.

Dislikes

Do not join KPMG or BSR Affiliates and instead look for other good options available in the market. They will make a football out of your life and career. They just try to buy the talent by paying higher so as to make or fill their department and then they favor existing employees over new employees.

While consulting has its own fair share of work life balance, but the team I work with makes work feel like life. At the end of the day it flow’s from top and the leadership I have been working with directly right now is super amazing.

Dislikes

There have been a lot of whirlwind changes in leadership (OVER ALL KPMG LEVEL) which seems to be more reactive than proactive.

Biased towards CA. As an Engineer, MBA not much edge, hence skewed opportunities, projects. Again, that is just my experience.

Please don't join Oracle Practice in Mumbai..they don't have any Fusion project in Mumbai..They will ask you to work in domestic Ebs project..which is worst. .If you want to join then please join Delhi location as finance functional.
