You may have to struggle a bit to get good appraisal and promotions but job security is here and work life balance is really good, except year closing and believe that is fine we all have to work a bit hard and out of comfort zone at times.

IBM to KPMG, Should i make a switch

I am currently working as a delivery consultant in IBM(1YOE), which is a technical role and i want to make a switch into a non-tech Consulting centric role and have an offer from KPMG as an analyst, the salary hike is not significant but I want to make a strong profile for making it into management consulting firm later on in my life, should I be making a switch, or wait for any better opportunity as the growth in IBM is very slow and takes time.
