1. Leadership cares about their employees and provide every support possible when needed. 2. Teams are dynamic due to which it is easy to adapt to the goals. 3. Opportunity to move into different projects and learn tremendously.

1. Pay is less than average industry. 2. Working hours are hectic. 3. No work-life balance as the work goes on and on for 12-15 hours on normal days in WFH situation.

There was no work life balance. Had to work beyond the working hours in off season as well.

The work was overloaded due to lack of resources and had to stay beyond the working hours, which led to imbalance in work-life balance and faced many health issues.
