IBM

IBM to KPMG, Should i make a switch

I am currently working as a delivery consultant in IBM(1YOE), which is a technical role and i want to make a switch into a non-tech Consulting centric role and have an offer from KPMG as an analyst, the salary hike is not significant but I want to make a strong profile for making it into management consulting firm later on in my life, should I be making a switch, or wait for any better opportunity as the growth in IBM is very slow and takes time.

The company offers good career growth and work-life balance. Also, monetary benefits offered are at par or better than that offered by its competitors. Seniors are considerate towards their subordinates' professional goals & expectations and lead by example. Teams that I was part of were cohesive and worked towards achieving collective goals. All in all, it was a great experience.
