M talking here about Internal auditor. 1. Growth is good if client appreciate ur work. 2. Lot of traveling. But not a single penny u hv to spend when u r working on client. (Clients office should be outside ur city.) 3. No work life balance at all. 12 hrs is normal here. This is due to quantum of work is too much and resources are less. 4. If u want growth, u have to ask for it.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance at all. 2. Nothing is reimbursed if u r on training. 3. Lot of movement. 4. Politics 5. If u r engineer, dont join this org in IA dept. 6. No annual health check up. 7. U cant afford kpmg leaves. U hv to come Office if clients site is open. 8. Block leave is just a myth. No leaves on sat.
