The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.

Salary in KPMG is comparatively better than most of the big IT companies.

Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

Horrible organisation, biased people, buttering your bosses and getting growth. People on Top position don’t know any professionalism. If you have links and always say YES to your Manager it’s ok. My experience is horrible and trust pls don’t join any Big 4.

Biased people sitting on top positions starting from HR to Finance. If you know the art of buttering your boss then ok. Unprofessional people no policies and systems. Making fool of clients and charing million rupees for nothing

Working in KPMG gives you a lot exposure and learning. You will get to learn cross functions and with various teams. You will be provided opportunities but you have to be upfront in asking the management that you are intrested in a particular area and ready for more responsibility. No one will give you anything in a platter you have to prove and fight for it

Its cutthroat competition. People will be all sweet and concerning on your face but really they will only intrested in how long its going to take to complete your work. Its a good learning experience in terms of how to handle cunning people

It's one of the Big 4....so there is opportunity to learn and grow in the finance industry.

They make us work over time for long period. Salary might seem attractive but over the time our health gets disturbed.

They can not let you even eat if there is any Event going on in KPMG, they will seal the complete cafeteria Even if the cafeteria is not a part of event or even if there is a b'day party going on. Also there is no work life policy, you have to work Even on Saturday and Sunday

As any company, if you get a good manager you will more or less enjoy working here. But then again, getting a good manager is rare here and most of them don't have a life outside work and they expect the same from you, especially these bangalore senior managers.

Few perks and limited appreciation. Even if you receive compliments from clients, the most recognition you’ll get from KPMG is a thank-you email and a small voucher as a reward. Senior leadership has remained in the company for years, which has led to a rigid and hierarchical work culture. Many leaders seem more focused on appearances and office presence rather than fostering talent and innovation. Promotions often seem based on tenure rather than actual skill, and as a result, many in leadership roles struggle with independent problem-solving. Everything, They were very abusive. There offer no support to grow/work. They make you work for more than 16 hours a day but still expect us to put in even more efforts on the job. They make you work no matter if you are travelling in train, bus, and air travel. Downright hell hole of place to work anywhere in India for KPMG. It's off on weekends only for namesake, they make you work everyday and expect you to be available 24x7 and wants you to travel and work from any place they would want you to without a care for your family.
