Awards and recognition for your work. But every quarter they make sure 1 member of your team get award so that nobody will be missed out. High standard client face culture which is good. Higher management involvement with lower level is good. Social connect by team outing on frequent basis.But all these perks surpasses when their is no work life balance .

Too much work pressure. Poor work life balance. Even after office hours you have to keep on working from home till you finishes off your project. Short deadlines creates more pressure. They hire mostly freshers which again put pressure on mid level people to train them and in parallel execute the projects.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
