Check whether you are going to work for managed services (support) or implementation projects Do not go for managed services (support) at all. Worst Manager (finance functional)ever seen in my 9 years of total experience. Not at all supports the team Blame game Not able to defend the team members. Any issue arises from client end he would be go on leave with out informing. Will not inform if any one of the team members goes on leave. Will never appreciate any of the team members. Micro managment -harrasment Not able to understand any issues If you want a good career growth do not land in the KPMG GLOBAL SERVICES support projects.
