Good culture in teams. Great learning. Some teams like international are better. They undertake complex work and have very good culture.

Salary parity is an issue when compared to competitors like Accenture. This is true for people undertaking relatively low complexity work in Accenture. Their salaries remain higher despite no appraisals given for a year. Salary is not determined at KPMG for people considering work they do, may be due to lack of understanding of HRregarding difference in work undertaken be each person. Poor salary also results in less skilled people getting hired requiring lot of counseling and guidance....Read More
