Company leadership like Sameer/ Ritesh. Company policies. Work life balance.

Dislikes

Politics. Poor growth. Micromanagement. Insensitive and bossy behaviour of leaders in the largest team. Leaders have limited understanding and perspective. Nothing much to learn from. Some poor leaders have left but their loyal subordinates continue to run the team in same way. Smaller goes are nice.

Good culture in teams. Great learning. Some teams like international are better. They undertake complex work and have very good culture.

Salary parity is an issue when compared to competitors like Accenture. This is true for people undertaking relatively low complexity work in Accenture. Their salaries remain higher despite no appraisals given for a year. Salary is not determined at KPMG for people considering work they do, may be due to lack of understanding of HRregarding difference in work undertaken be each person.
