Technical Learning is good but at the cost of 11-12 Hours daily work schedule. New Hires are good. Expect to be involved in multiple projects from the initial days itself. Flexible office timings are good.

Dislikes

Cab services are costly even if you travel only 1 Day per week. Yearly Appraisals/Promotions are terrible. Avoid working under people who are sitting since last 8-10 Years already. Few skills like AI are in demand others are not entertained well. In short this is somewhat better version of TCS/Infosys nothing much

You could be either agreeable or disagreeable but you can't thrive in here by doing honest work on delivery by offshore silently. You have to speak up to not get exploited: -Arbritary policies on WFH and downgrade of rating over many aspects like days in office, timesheet default, and participation in cultural engagement -Uneccessary amount of gossib culture and favoritism even by Directors and Associate Directors to establish control -Unethical practices where people with no idea about execution of analytical concepts making call over "effective" hours and asking for people to charge less than work done -Bunch of people who expoilts and disrespects others enjoy the company culture and stick for no. of years while hard working/nice people have started to fly away -It is normal for some people to take away credit of your work while providing you with average rating for same piece of work which got them higher rating from onshore stakeholders...Read More

People here are very helpful and will teach and guide through all processes. Knowledge sharing sessions are really helpful to understand what different types of work is going on in the company

Dislikes

The leadership tends to ignore your efforts and won't acknowledge your contributions whenever there's a slowdown. Performance is rated the same across the floor and your individual contributions will be ignored and you'll be deemed as an average performer even if you have been working across the year and half the team is on bench.
