The company has a horrible horrible culture. Politics is worse than Game of Thrones. The HR only defends the Management. Management and Senior Management only cares about work while it's employees are suffering. The good ones leave the origanization due to politics and pressure if you raise some issues. Mumbai folks get the step motherly treatment from the Gurgaon counterparts. People are getting silently fired from the organisation. Job security is a joke here. 1. Mistreatment of freshers/newcomers: It is unfortunately common to experience hostility or mistreatment if you are new to work as they align based on availability without proper training. Project leads (managers) trickle down stress in form of mistreatment and intimidatiion. I have personally guided newcomers on what managers might expect to prevent them from rage. 2. Inadequate training: Their classroom training system is completely broken. It is just exercise done to meet performance requirement on trainer and trainee. It is common place to see slides with snaps of real project completely unreadable. 3. Lack of constructive feedback: Some managers resort to belittling employees, which is demoralizing and counterproductive instead of offering constructive feedback and guidance. 4. Poor communication from leadership: People of leadership should take responsibility of the well-being of E-grades more seriously.
