Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade chilling. Appraisal are fair and they give good hike and bonus. Best place for growth in terms of knowledge as well as in salary. Proud to be a KPITian.

Work life balance is not there. Management is not good. No growth opportunity. Hike is not there even after completion of 2 years. Projects are not assigned based on your skills. Unbiased salary structured.

Usually a performance grade has been given by a manager, if your manager gives you good grade your grade will be manipulated by other feedback team management team those people don’t even know who you are what tech stack you have and those are goingto manipulate your grades without knowing your manager. No work life balance Management is worst. Manager keeps grudges and give negative comments. Saturday and Sunday also u need to work , 12 hours work . Employees, management issues never resolves here.
