I can see kpit has come down heavily on employees to keep it profitable during this pandemic. They have enrolled a paycut for all employees starting from 16th April 2020 and at least will go upto September and still no clarity what will happen after September. Salary cut is starting from 25% and goes up to 65 to 70% in some cases.Each and every person is suffering a lot in this company right now. Only thing they are trying to ensure not to fire anyone but if I compare the situation with rival companies ,I can say kpit has left a such deep scar in each employee heart that it may never heal....Read More

There are many client projects which can provide cushion against risk of loosing job due to longer learning curve or project deliveries. Good cultural activities, lively campus with upcoming dedicated event area. Will be liked by the younger generation...

The project allocation process is confusing. Time charging mechanism is also confusing for a new joiner sitting at a remote location. Onsight/ senior engineers do not communicate with customers properly and are not ready to share information with the backend team. Expectations were quite high from me without any training on proprietary software. since the software license was with the client, access to the system is limited. Managers are not ready to listen and understand the real issue, rather the pressure is on an individual to perform and deliver. The workload is very fluctuating and mostly without any support. Although my CV was shared within teams, nobody was able to understand my capabilities and provide appropriate work.
