It's culture and philosophy represents external market conditions and business outlook. Not a dream company, because here, one needs to put efforts to realize them. Topped with job insecurity one is forced to work hard enough to remain competent in his / her area. One can choose high salary, high stress or average salary and sense of purpose with long term and fruitful career. But to make such a choice, one needs to grow wisdom.
