As a Server administrator, I got the opportunity to work in most ofthe technologies like VMware,Esxi, Backup solution,storage, Exchange server,o365,Hyper V,Hyper convergence...etc We will get minimum appraisal of atleat 5 to 8% year than compare to most of the top MNCs they won't provide appraisal.

Dislikes

No facilities are free like transport,food,..etc. We have only one food bay which is used by all companies in IT park and it is very costly.Apparaisal happens in usually July month of every year and it won't includes any arrears or bonus whether company is in good profit/loss.Job is insecure like in other IT companies.If you are hard working/smart working , then they won't get promotion and those who spent more time with top management will get promotion:; it is my personal observation....Read More

Every year we will get at least some hike compared to other big MNCs.Those who are updating skills and working for them it is good place and job is secure.Those who are hardly working for them job is insecure.Salary may feel little less and other facilities like cab services are expensive and in some branch offices no cafeteria at all.

No cafeteria in Bangalore region and company cab is expensive.
