A Lot more to say, Especially behavior of people. It is a place where people never respect time sense and zero work life balance. During the working hours managers are busy in personnel entertainment programs and they come back after working hours and they demand subordinates to be available whenever they want. So called Asst. Manager, that lady will call subordinates as Donkeys and zero professional Manners. After you left also, to take personal greed against employees. That so called Manager insists his other subordinate(his Relative) to call the people who are left, to know what they are doing and he joins the call by telling his subordinate to add him in the call and starts recording the conversation. He Doesn't have basic common sense that when someone entering the call should inform to person in the call. His cheap character is entertained by HR team with shakes there heads, without any embracement and they feels very happy about his behavior and zero regrets about his unprofessional attitude. Though it is Ridiculous. They never encourage people who are more educated and Talented then them and with the help of HR Director they manipulates C-Level people, to keep up a decade friendship with that Manager. When I left the organization I felt I was realized happily from Hitler Gas Chamber. I have no words to express how much stress and pressure I have gone through, because they target the people and zero support is provided once you won't shake your head and obedient to whatever they say. I wish at least their CEO/CFO should release what's going on F team. One word I would suggest through this platform if you don't have self respect and personnel life then it is great choice, otherwise big "NO"....Read More
