Pay is good, if I don't like to work on a particular project I can get an easy switch to another project, work from anywhere option, no micro management or dirty politics
Salary gets delayed almost every month. Appraisal gets delayed by months together every year. Very less employee/team engagement activities. HRs or Managers don't have a regular connect with employees to check on how things are going with them and their projects.
Personally, I have too much work and every day I have to extend beyond my 8 hours which is very inconvenient.

We release salary to employees on the last day of the month or max by the 2nd day of next month and this is the very first time in the history appraisal got delayed by months like other big companies due to some uncertain circumstances. We value our employees and will continue our efforts to make KPI a better place to work. We believe in promoting an open culture at KPI and encourage you to discuss your expectations with your Manager/HR and we will try our best to meet them. We always work on initiatives based on employee feedback and have been providing the best-in-class industry perks and facilities. We are reintroducing many employee engagement activities. We recently conducted a few events like a corporate family outing, a stand-up comedy show, monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition awards, and a music festival. At monthly AHM we celebrate birthday celebrations and much more. At KPI we believe in doing everything that makes it well worth the time, effort, and dedication of its employees. If you have issues with the project/manager you can voice out, we hope you might have seen folks doing that and got better results. I'll say it's an average experince as there is no work life balance, mental piece.
Companesation is delayed and not upto the mark, pressure is very high need to work 10-12 hourson daily basis. Micro management and retension rate is also high here. they will appreciate the work but then and there make yu feel pitty, at the time of appraisal everthing got un-noticed. No proper training nothing.
