The company is full of dislikes. Ofcourse if these things don't stop in the name of start-up,they are playing games with everyone. The senior employee in the name of trainers will give you unnecessary lectures rather than teaching or giving proper training and their work are horrible. I wonder how people here exists. Salary paid every month. One or two people are really good. you could learn a lot from them. Employees are mostly fresher so fun and light environment. Has impressive client list.

Dislikes

Salary comes late often after 5th sometime on 9th. Increment is directly proportional to dependency and how many people resigned recently. Senior management work together and choose to misrepresent any internal issue to CEO. So they doesn't gets scold. All the reviews in ambition box is analyzed immediately and blamed on people who left recently and targeted even. Employees are made of 95% freshers and 5% of senior people with 15 years plus experience. HR Director has other business on side and treat engineers as worker in assembly line. Thinks if you put enough people you can get any job done in 1 min. Policy are made on the fly. differs from people to people. one with good relation with mgmt. usually get the lesser restriction. Old Tech/Infra. HR doesn't understand different verticals of engineering divisions. For example can ask a developer to be system admin or developer to go in tester or solution. Salary cut for no reason during COVID and employee forced to work as they got Leave without pay for 4 days in two months. That cause severe demoralization and almost all mid senior to very senior people left the company. Management is least bothered about well being of Employee more interested in making themselves looks good in front of CEO. Even if it requires forcing people to come to office during pandemic. 1) As this is a product company, I have learnt many things with a brief knowledge of particular items. 2) Work culture is moderate. Friendly behavior inside team. 3) In Every Team, some team members are good in respect with to behavior and knowledge sharing and other aspects. 4) Job security is there. If you are capable enough then y our job is secure here. 5) If you perform higher education, Management supports you to achieve this, they will not create any obstruction in it but we have to manage both work and education in parallel....Read More

1) As being a product company, we get in depth knowledge of the technology that we work in. If you achive dependency you job will never be at risk.

Not at all an employee friendly company. Focused on profit not on people. All the directors(hr or technical) are highly unethical. Afraid to speak up what is right in front of CEO. Beautiful girls appearing for interview are never rejected by senior director. Very senior people are openly pass horrible remarks to their female collea gue and facebook picture of female current/ex employees or their family members. Company peons are treated as slave they are forced to stay in office 24*5. Its the worst of human rights abuse i have ever witnessed in my life. Policy are not transparent. Hr is like robot doesn't have a mind of own, always ask senior what to do. Due to hostile employe policy senior and talented people never stay. They always leave. So company focuses on hiring fresher. Office party are forced veg only due to vastu(ceo belives in those) where 90% people are non veg. Btw people are forced to come to the event. If you dont attend you will be harrased by your seniors and directors. You will be forced to travel even during pandemic.
