Owners are good, incentives are good, Delivery head is good. Can learn the end to end recruitment of US Staffing. Incentives are good here, other companies can't match

Accounts and Director are too bad. Can't question them.. It's like they both have a NARSCISTIC behavior. If someone questions them they'll terminate. Owners should ask both side of the stories to make a decision. Salary is not upto market levels If we take a break more than an hour t hen our half a day pay will be cutted off.. Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
