Worst culture, an L&D function that is expected to drive culture of the organisation in itself have the worst reputation due to its L&D Head Saurabh Wadhwa. If as an employee you like to be treated like a slave, disrespected, yelled at and like to agree to everything your manager says, then by all means join his team. Steer clear ofjoining this team as despite complaints and whistleblowers against this man, no action has been taken till date by leadership team.
