I m using kotak mahindra bank more then 6 years. But. I have a current account and a saving account and I was using a credit card also before 2years a fround transaction was done by credit card when I complaint in customer care people they told me that OTP sent to your registered number and you shared the OTP so this is valid transaction we can't do anything in this. After that I was not using that credit card and I try to call customer care number after 2 or 3 months for deactivate my card, but they block my number. After 1years back they send me sms that your credit card amount due Rs.570 when I was try to call customer care they told this is card renewal charged then I told him that I am not using that card and I try to call so many time but you block my number. Why should I pay I deny to pay again I received a sms of Rs. 1070 and after one more month received a sms of Rs. 1500. The policy of Kotak Mahindra Bank and the staff of bank very bad they people have no manners. According to me KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK IS NOT GOOD FOR GOOD PEOPLE...Read More
