People working in Kotak are so lazy they don't even want to work and throw their work in someone's else bucket giving false reasons.

Dislikes

Work culture Lengthy processes Getting regular mail for updated processes Useless paperwork Baised HR behaviour 10 years Experienced staff having zero knowledge about processes and logical banking Even RCU auditor is so casual about processes giving statement like "Arre itne process kon follow krta..sirf call confirmation lelo sufficient hai"
