Can't even count the dislikes. 1. You are never sure that you will get your salary on time. HR can (by mistake) mistakes at time of salary credit. 2. Upper management lies alot. 3. You wont learn anything, if u have ideas of growth and benificial for the company (Forget It) 4. HR is just a word, the people of the department don't know what HR does for a change. 5.
