KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing of group products and enhancement projects
- Good knowledge about Group Asia and closure of bugs in co-ordination with IT team
- Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders
- End to end resolution approach
- Process documentation
- Exception handling
- Manual, functional and bulk testing checker activity
- BRD Preparing, reviewing and discussing with IT.
- Project planning, execution and Maintenance.
- Co-ordinating with Business for process signoff and UAT signoff
