Profile – Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Shift – Night

Timing- 8:15 PM to 5:30 AM

Location – Indore M.P. ( on-site)

Workday’s – Mon – Fri

Job Responsibilities:

• Looking for a Business Analyst who has extensive experience in preparation, guiding the delivery team on business/functional understanding, helping in preparing the testing plan to do thorough validation, UAT sign-off documentation.
• Detailed requirements gathering and documentation preparation, which will include Developing requirements with stakeholders who have difficulty articulating them, understanding the business processes and desired outcomes.
• Experience in SharePoint, and SQL Queries, SDLC, UAT Testing, Web app Projects, JIRA.
• Must have done projects on .NET.
• Drive the development and support of various internal applications within the company and to explore and manage data insights.

Position Expectations:

• Strong Analytical thinking with hands-on experience in problem-solving.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions.

Qualification Experience:

• Min. 3 years of experience as Business Analyst across a diverse set of industries.
• Should have experience in delivering analytical solutions in a service organization.
• Excellent at stakeholder management and ability to drive groups, including senior level groups, to conclusions.
• Ability to structure solve business problems, innovating, where required. Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
