Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities-

• Meet clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
• Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
• Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
• Translate client requirements into system configuration & custom developments and prepare an achievable delivery schedule.
• Create data migration and integration mappings.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
• Involve in gathering business requirement, Client interaction.
• Ability to gather customer requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, and meetings.
• Good customer handling skills .
• Experience on .Net/ C#, web services, SQL & Oracle database
• Understanding of technology framework.
• Experience in BFSI and CRM domain (preferred) You will have a dual role of a technology and business expert and help make decisions that will impact the business.
