Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate (Pass Out)

Position- US HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Executive- Human Resource Department.

Location- Raipur, Crystal Tower, Infront of Minocha Petroleum, 3rd floor SGS technical services pvt. Ltd. Telibandha.

Shift Night (Work from Office)

For Male Timing will be-6:45 to 4:00 am 7:15 pm to 4:30 am or 7:45 pm to 5 am. (1 hour break time included-Flexible)

Working Days- Monday to Friday

After joining there is training, which is paid from the company side.

Role & responsibilities

Identify candidates to fill internal and client openings through cold calling, interviewing, internet -based recruiting tools, referral generation,
• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Hire for multiple job positions (IT Profiles and Non-IT Profiles-Junior, Middle and Senior level positions) for US based Clients.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, Scheduling interviews, and reference checks
• Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements.
• Sourcing Candidate as per JD'S provided by the U.S. Clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English Communication

Comfortable with Night shift and Work from Office

Can join from 17th February 2025.

Graduation is mandatory
