Immediate Opening For a Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

   - Collect, analyze, and document clear business and functional requirements.

   - Create wireframes and other visual aids to support requirements.

   - Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation.

2. Agile Planning & Execution:

   - Plan sprints based on team velocity and proper estimation.

   - Manage sprints and ensure efficient work logs using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ClickUp.

   - Run daily scrum meetings and effectively manage all agile ceremonies.

3. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

   - Set realistic expectations with clients regarding deliverables.

   - Communicate bottlenecks and blockers to clients and the development team promptly.

   - Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with all stakeholders.

4. Pre-UAT & Demos:

   - Perform Pre-UAT to ensure readiness for client testing.

   - Conduct product demos to clients and gather feedback.

5. Change Management:

   - Handle change requests and scope creeps effectively.

   - Act as a negotiating agent between the client and the team.

6. Team Coordination & Support:

   - Sync with the Technical Lead before client meetings to ensure preparedness.

   - Ensure the Development Manager (DM) and Technical Lead are informed about team availability.

   - Provide internal transparency on client communications.

7. Product Vision & Feature Prioritization:

   - Have a deep understanding of the product vision and customer expectations.

   - Participate actively in feature prioritization and ensure a healthy backlog.

8. Stakeholder Meetings:

   - Schedule and conduct meetings with stakeholders, ensuring the right participants are involved.

   - Send detailed minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.

9. Team Protection & Motivation:

   - Act as a proxy for the customer and protect the team from unnecessary pressures.

   - Provide recognition and appreciation to the team as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Position: Business Analyst 

Experience: 6-10 years 

Education Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/BSc  
Work Location: Chennai
Notice period: Immediate/15 days
