There is nothing to like first of all. Don't join this organisation because they never do appraisal any point of time ,I am not sure about other location but recruiters who are working in India they never get appraisal. I am working for Google client and these people mostly senior members like lead and manager cry alot. They never appreciate ,and if u do good work u will get loaded with other roles and responsibilities. Basically Monday morning calls has to be a motivational and update call but they came with a long list of complaint ,what u have done wrong and what are the repercussions of this and other dumb people just node their head yes yes they will not do from next time . Good IT companies never shame their employee infront of anyone but these people used to do for everyone it's like they have normalise this and included in their offer clause that they will point out your name infront of everyone if so something wrong. Give the free hand to work.
They layoff the people, not because of their performance. The reason of layoff was they don't have enough projects. So technically they have to layoff BD person but no they layoff the person who work hard for them last 3 years. They provided appraisal and performance bonus to the person every year and they suddenly say we do not have a project so we do layoff. I have enjoyed my work experience with Kornferry to the core, this role gave me amazing exposure to efficiently manage a team spread across pan India and keep them engaged, handling critical leaders at Sanofi and delivering as per expectations.
The overall recruitment process at Sanofi needs to be streamlined, with the ATS system being automated completely to drive efficiency and quicker turnaround times in the hiring process. Also frequent leadership changes were a bit demotivating.
