In the name of Professionalism they will ensure that you became the part of a herd. Expert in ensuring that you don't set high expectations for the clients, they will call it out exclusively during the daily calls. You will be pin pointed directly or indirectly if you have different opinion. Give daily lectures of professionalism as if they are the only ones who understands how the corporate world operates. Asks you to work as per the scripts just like a tele caller agents. Favouritism is at peak. Will force you to achieve targets even if you are in medical leave. If you want to take personal leave they would want to know the reason as well for the leave. They will claim to practice culture of respect but in reality it is more to do with nodding head in whatever they say . The list is long with many more instances. They layoff the people, not because of their performance. The reason of layoff was they don't have enough projects. So technically they have to layoff BD person but no they layoff the person who work hard for them last 3 years. They provided appraisal and performance bonus to the person every year and they suddenly say we do not have a project so we do layoff.
