They layoff the people, not because of their performance. The reason of layoff was they don't have enough projects. So technically they have to layoff BD person but no they layoff the person who work hard for them last 3 years. They provided appraisal and performance bonus to the person every year and they suddenly say we do not have a project so we do layoff. I have enjoyed my work experience with Kornferry to the core, this role gave me amazing exposure to efficiently manage a team spread across pan India and keep them engaged, handling critical leaders at Sanofi and delivering as per expectations.
The overall recruitment process at Sanofi needs to be streamlined, with the ATS system being automated completely to drive efficiency and quicker turnaround times in the hiring process. Also frequent leadership changes were a bit demotivating.
