Expert in ensuring that you don't set high expectations for the clients, they will call it out exclusively during the daily calls. You will be pin pointed directly or indirectly if you have different opinion. Give daily lectures of professionalism as if they are the only ones who understands how the corporate world operates. Asks you to work as per the scripts just like a tele caller agents. Favouritism is at peak. Will force you to achieve targets even if you are in medical leave. If you want to take personal leave they would want to know the reason as well for the leave.
