This is a great place learn and gain expertise in various areas of audit. Very supportive principal and team mates. Transparent management.appraisals are fair and they give good salary but it is fairly based on the qualification and knowledge of the employee.over all if you are eager to learn and gain expertise in various areas of audit this is definitely the place for you.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Very few vacancies and working hours could put pressure on employee.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting since I came with less experienced than a regular commerce background student I struggled in the beginning but there is a lot you can learn from the principal.i got a chance to wear multiple hats.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
