Behavior of all the employees are good and cooperative. On time salary.

Dislikes

Behavior of Hr head. He don't want any person to rise but need his growth after every 2 years. One of the worst company in terms of carrier growth. Minimum salary (2k-2.5k) hike. All in the hands of HR head. Even his department employees like him but infront of him he is like a anything. HR head can formulate anything against u with old shop floor associates.
