Few peoples were very helpfull during training, Ojt & certification peroid. Thats the only good thing I see.

I did my 100 percentage to secure my job. I take every chats too carefully so that I can atleast secure 85marks but sadly when result came out the marks was shocking. People who are not even close to me get passed expect me. I felt there is lots of politics going around in background which you never know. Other then that work culture, timing everything is bad. One day they will tell to work from 4pm to 10, second day 5pn-1am, third day 7pm to 4am. It ruined my daily routine also, how can I forget to talk about their software LEAP. 🤣 I have never seen so much intelegent IT professionals in my entire life....Read More

Far worst then you can imagine. There is no fixed timing. No fixed weekoff.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
