Work culture is good and friendly. Seniors are cooperative and understanding.

Dislikes

No bonus on any festival, no tissue paper in restrooms, the IT staff is full of creeps and keeps passing double meaning comments on female employees, 2 months notice period before you can leave. HR management is terrible. There's no coordination. Candidates have to appear for test multiple times just because management couldn't coordinate with each other. Hiding information from employees.

Some people work hard to make the company better and friendly for employees but others completely ruin it by stalking female employees ( Dhanish from IT)

Work pressure in sales process especially in outbound process n there is politics in this environment in if if anybody wants to leave the company they can't approv easily resignation or exit process n they mentally torture for not leaving the company n they simply say the agent for the AOD that is very irritating
