Company’s culture is very good, its principles are good.

Dislikes

Leadership team or Management doesn’t have long term vision at all. KOCH Principles are only meant to be in the CEO written book, sometime to appreciate or recognise any employees contribution Principles are visited. No job security, no transparency and big time office politics which actually pulls down talents

Skill development - Poor
Job security - Bad

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
