1. Directors given free hand to me to innovate there ERP system and some supply chain management process. 2. Company spent too much on innovation. 3. I used to get 10-15K ₹ bonus monthly. 4. I got promotion and salary hike after completion of year. Salary hike is about 30 - 50% of CTC. 5. Boss of company is best. Not like typical Indian bosses who just deal with higher management.
