Work culture is very toxic. Inefficient management has promoted yesman culture and factionism to its roots.(Academic personnels focus more on personal bond development with each other and management personnels rather than the skill development, vice versa also go hand in hand). In one l ine,they work on "You scratch my back I'll scratch your back". Till now they don't have a equitable system for task allocation(they don't evaluate their employees annually or semi-annually, their formulation for appreciation/appraisal: experience=current age-year of graduation, knowledge=how much someone and his affiliates boast about him). Like, if you're a bad yesman, despite of having sound knowledge and relevant skills you'll be assigned poor batches, later, you'll questioned for being misfit there.(You have to be answerable for the misfitness which is caused by their inappropriate task allocation).Anyway, if you're maestro or some teir I college graduate(definitely you'll be getting nice compensation in India as well), Yes,UAE may allure you initially but trust me eventually you'll find yourself a nonconformist there....Read More

Job as well as place is quiet interesting. You will enjoy working there if you're complacent and non progressive. Work culture wasn't very good then. Overall I got to learn real life experiences.

Need to be very careful with mid level management HR, Operations etc. very cunning people. They manipulate things according to their convenience. Make sure that u take each word in written as proof. Apart from this transportation is a big challenge as the classes are rotational. Last but not the least Accommodation full of politics , grouping, and everyday fights. If you are planning to join this company please take accommodation outside. Otherwise you will be frustrated with such colleagues of your department....Read More
