Role & responsibilities

Academic Leadership

• Audit and evaluate the quality of teaching across all branches to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Ensure strict adherence to academic processes by teachers and branch managers.
• Drive key academic initiatives, including syllabus planning, crash courses, and mock tests.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 30+ teachers to deliver outstanding academic outcomes.
• Provide regular training, guidance, and feedback to teachers, emphasizing best practices in Foundation/JEE/NEET preparation.

Student Outcomes

• Personally mentor top-performing students to maximize their potential in School, Board, and Entrance Exams.
• Develop strategies to ensure measurable improvement in student performance after joining the institute.
• Monitor and analyze student progress and implement solutions to address challenges.

Collaboration & Engagement

• Work closely with teachers and branch managers to align academic efforts with organizational goals.
• Foster a motivated, collaborative, and goal-oriented academic team.
• Conduct regular academic audits, reviews, and performance evaluations.

Process Improvement

• Continuously innovate and refine academic processes to improve teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, policies, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Masters degree or higher in a relevant field (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or related subjects).
• Experience:
• 4+ years of teaching experience, preferably as a Physics or Chemistry teacher.
• Prior experience in preparing students for JEE/NEET and achieving excellent results is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring teachers and engaging students.
• Analytical mindset to drive academic outcomes through data-driven decisions.
