The Design Lead is a creative visionary responsible for guiding a team of designers to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions across multiple platforms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative expertise, and leadership skills to ensure design excellence while meeting business goals.

What you will do:

• Team Management: Leading the design team, including in-house and external agencies/consultants. Giving creative directions as per defined brand guidelines.
• Maintaining the brands visual identity.
• Collaborate with Content, Sales, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Q-commerce, Packaging, and R&D teams to create and deliver banners, videos, platform assets, and innovative design solutions aligned with business and product requirements.
• Lead the visual design and UX/UI development of the website.
• Leading all branding assets including Offline Activities pamphlets, test reports, stall designs, etc.
• Translate business needs into user-centric design solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends and integrate modern practices.

What you will bring:

• Any relevant industry experience is welcomed.
• Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, graphic design, or interactive design).
• 4-8 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and a thorough understanding of good design processes. Please apply with a Portfolio.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery, with a focus on user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and design best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Ability to identify and define the right problem to solve from diverse data sets.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be willing and able to proactively reach out to stakeholders and team members for collaboration and support.
• Should demonstrate understanding of modern software development processes and concerns as they pertain to design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
