Job Title: City Head - Operations
Reports to: Regional Head - Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic City Head - Operations to lead our city operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The City Head - Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the city, ensuring seamless execution of services, and maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their growth and success.
3. Customer Experience: Drive exceptional customer experiences through effective service delivery, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
4. Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve operational processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage city-level budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
3. Skills:
- Strong operational expertise in hospitality or a related industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
