Work culture is very toxic. Inefficient management has promoted yesman culture and factionism to its roots.(Academic personnels focus more on personal bond development with each other and management personnels rather than the skill development, vice versa also go hand in hand). In one line,they work on "You scratch my back I'll scratch your back". Till now they don't have a equitable system for task allocation(they don't evaluate their employees annually or semi-annually, their formulation for appreciation/appraisal: experience=current age-year of graduation, knowledge=how much someone and his affiliates boast about him). Like, if you're a bad yesman, despite of having sound knowledge and relevant skills you'll be assigned poor batches, later, you'll questioned for being misfit there.(You have to be answerable for the misfitness which is caused by their inappropriate task allocation).Anyway, if you're maestro or some teir I college graduate(definitely you'll be getting nice compensation in India as well), Yes,UAE may allure you initially but trust me eventually you'll find yourself a nonconformist there.

There is politics in the middle management level and the sad part is top management barely looks into this. Middle management peoples can easily manipulate the performance of an individual and presents it as they wish. This leads to advent of yesmanship kind of culture and factionism in the organization.

...rs and parties so that I and my other colleagues get to spend time and have fun. kp is on time with salary and provides us food and maids at our building as catering services. when you talk about the teaching part, the students and vibrant and very funny indeed and it's really fun to teach international students, especially the ones from kp. we get 15 min breaks after each class and at this time students come and ask us doubts and tell us about their concerns. The teaching part is the only thing I love about kp, the facilities or accommodation and transport, and management isn't it.

Dislikes

one of the things about kp is that we all are accommodated in one building and there are often fights and problems at the place I stay cause some colleagues don't get along with each other very well. another thing is transportation. we are in Sharjah and we have to go to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Ajman and other places where the allocated branches are, that too we are also asked to pay the transport fees on our behalf. management is pathetic, they try to be sympathetic and will do anything for the money. it's also hard to fit in if you are new, these people try to disassociate from you and the teachers are 50+.

I'm really enjoying my job as an admin support staff. Salary on time and recognition for good work is the best part. I strongly recommend my company to friends, if they have the right experience and skills for current openings. Professionally and Personally my company has helped me to grow, look forward to taking up further additional responsibility which is very much promised for the aspired employees. The right place for the people who wants the short ladders in career growth with relevant skills.
