Nothing is likable bcz of HR MANAGER Tanvi she's made the work environment TOXIC, she has made the place stressed where people can't even work with peace, trying to be sweet to the management to save own job, as there are salary deduction, lay offs, no work life balance, non achieve targets, constant targeting employees, and constant demotivating employees, threating employees.

HR manager Tanvi, not a single employees is happy working with her.

I came from India to join kp and we had 4 rounds of interviews with the institute. I saw many reviews and they all had positive outcomes. being a part of kp has helped me understand and learn from the educational environment they provide. there are frequent get-togethers and parties so that I and my other colleagues get to spend time and have fun. kp is on time with salary and provides us food and maids at our building as catering services. when you talk about the teaching part, the students and vibrant and very funny indeed and it's really fun to teach international students, especially the ones from kp. we get 15 min breaks after each class and at this time students come and ask us doubts and tell us about their concerns. The teaching part is the only thing I love about kp, the facilities or accommodation and transport, and management isn't it....Read More

one of the things about kp is that we all are accommodated in one building and there are often fights and problems at the place I stay cause some colleagues don't get along with each other very well. another thing is transportation. we are in Sharjah and we have to go to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Ajman and other places where the allocatedbranches are, that too we are also asked to pay the transport fees on our behalf. management is pathetic, they try to be sympathetic and will do anything for the money. it's also hard to fit in if you are new, these people try to disassociate from you and the teachers are 50+....Read More
