1. After the acquisition by Rockwell, the level of job security has significantly increased. 2. Before the acquisition, the company had great technology, but now there are fewer opportunities to learn new things. 3. It is the best place for implementation-focused professionals. 4. While some senior team members are highly knowledgeable, it can be challenging to get the chance to work with them.

Dislikes

1. No hikes or perks after the acquisition. 2. High likelihood of ending up in implementation roles, even as a developer. 3. Management is very poor and lacks power; do not expect anything from them. 4. Limited opportunities to explore new technologies. 5. Talented individuals are leaving the company due to the lack of raises and justifications after the acquisition.

Learning wise it's good. Employees and some managers are very friendly.

Apart from the above, there is nothing to like. The whole company is going in favoritism. Even though you are working hard promotions and hikes will be given to the favorite employee of the manager. Or if you are from the same language area as your manager then you will get hike.. freshers are getting more than the experienced developers in this company.
