My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. They will stop your growth if u have conflicts with Mentors (SME) and then they will start to defame you in front of Seniors (Backbitching), After that your performance doesn't matter (I have faced, and that was the reason of my resignation).
